KANSO

Japanese minimalism in the office

“Kansō” is a Japanese philosophy that represents simplicity, minimalism, and the elimination of what is unnecessary. It is based on a conscious choice to create an environment where it is easier to focus, relax, and feel at ease. Inspired by this philosophy, we developed a furniture collection distinguished by natural materiality, well-considered proportions, and a design that blends effortlessly into its surroundings.

The strength of the Kanso collection lies in its consistency. Each piece is designed as part of a system—working harmoniously together, creating a cohesive aesthetic, and remaining relevant over time. It is a choice for those who value aesthetics and quality, and who seek durable, timeless solutions.

Every detail, carefully considered

Cable lid

The cable lid preserves the seamless appearance of the tabletop and features an integrated soft-close mechanism.

Cable tray beneath the tabletop

The cable tray is discreetly integrated between the table legs, maintaining the clean material continuity of the table while keeping cables neatly concealed.

We turned a technical solution into a distinctive design feature

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi

In most offices, cable management is designed to stay hidden. We chose the opposite approach—transforming a technical solution into a distinctive design feature. Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, which celebrates rather than conceals imperfections, the KANSO metal detail turns a functional cable management element into a refined design accent. Available in bronze and gold finishes, it reflects the precious metals traditionally used in Kintsugi.

A feature worth showing

Cables are routed from the integrated cable tray beneath the tabletop through a metal detail mounted to the table leg. Inspired by the philosophy of Kintsugi, we chose not to hide this technical solution. Instead, it became a subtle design accent that adds character to the entire table.

Neat cable management for every table shape

Cable management for round tables

Accessing and concealing cables is effortless—simply open the discreetly integrated door between the table legs

Cable management for large tables

Tables with multiple cable lids can be fitted with up to two metal cable management details, ensuring clean and organized cable routing throughout the table

Choose the right size and shape

Select the tabletop shape and size that best suits your space. Round tables complement interiors with softer, curved lines, while rectangular tables naturally fit more structured environments. KANSO meeting tables are available in sizes suitable for meetings of 4 to 10 people.
