SELECTION OF SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS

We carefully select and consider the origin of the sustainable materials used in the production processes. By using wood responsibly, we stop deforestation and contribute to the preservation of the forest ecosystem. The production of all Ergolain standard furniture uses LMDP panels with 0.5 of E formaldehyde emissions.

We also choose sustainable materials in production of our upholstered furniture. Fabrics includes natural wool, recycled wool and recycled polyester which is extracted from plastic collected at the sea. Yarns used in the production of upholstered furniture are made of recycled polyester.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Lean allows to achieve more efficient results using less recourses and equipment. What is more, Ergolain constantly improves technological processes and products to reduce damage on the environment by using environmental management system ISO 14001:2005 and the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008.
