In the Orbio World project, the Ergolain team delivered office furniture solutions for shared, work, meeting, and lounge areas. The project combined both standard furniture and custom-made pieces, depending on the purpose of each area and its everyday use.

In the kitchen and dining area, Ergolain produced all furniture elements. The kitchen features wood-finish surfaces and solid-colour cabinets. A bar-style table was designed along the curved window, following the natural lines of the space. A custom dining table was also produced, along with additional seating areas by the window.

In the lounge area, the Ergolain team produced a TV cabinet. In the work areas, we fully installed the workstations, using fixed-height Element series desks and height-adjustable BE desks.

In the meeting rooms, wooden tables made from panel material were produced. These tables are suitable for both short meetings and longer sessions.

In open office areas, BOX 17 acoustic booths were installed for short conversations or focused work when more privacy is needed.

In the reception area, the Ergolain team produced the reception desk frame. Later, in cooperation with metal manufacturers, it was covered with metal sheets. Painted storage units and cabinets with perforated metal doors were also produced and used for storage and space zoning.

The project covered various office areas and different types of furniture. As the project required cooperation with other manufacturers, Ergolain’s project management team coordinated communication and technical solutions to ensure the large-scale office project was completed smoothly.
