In the heart of Vilnius, near Tauro Hill, the rapidly growing team of “EIKA Asset Management” (EAM) has settled into a modern, technologically advanced building. The nearly 500 sq. m office accommodates 30 workstations. The goal of the project was to create a solid, durable, and aesthetically refined working environment that reflects the company’s nature of business and pace of growth.

For the open-plan work areas, Ergolain manufactured Xray desks and Spin cabinets with integrated planters. The greenery serves not only as an interior accent but also as part of the overall well-being concept, contributing to a calm and balanced atmosphere. Workstations are equipped with ergonomic “Violle” chairs featuring polished aluminum bases and breathable mesh backs.

In the executive office and meeting rooms, natural walnut veneer surfaces dominate. The executive desk, meeting table top, and wall panels were all crafted from this material. The veneer was carefully selected specifically for this project, matching its grain and tone to the overall interior concept and the client’s expectations.

In the kitchen area, priority was given to durability and ease of maintenance. The countertop is made of moisture-resistant Compact HPL, while the cabinet fronts are produced from melamine-faced chipboard (MFC) – a practical and long-lasting solution for a heavily used space.
