Project scope

The new DHL Lietuva office, located near Vilnius Airport, is an example of a modern and engaging work environment. The Ergolain team delivered the interior solutions and supplied all office furniture for the company. The goal was to create a comfortable, multifunctional workplace that encourages creativity, ambition, and productivity.

Ergolain implemented furniture and interior solutions across all key areas of the DHL Lietuva office, including work zones, dining and relaxation areas, acoustic rooms, the amphitheatre, meeting rooms, and conference halls. Comfort and convenience at individual workstations are ensured through ergonomic chairs and height-adjustable desks.

Bright, acoustically treated desk screens absorb typical office noise, provide privacy at workstations, while still maintaining openness and a sense of belonging to the team. Repeating bold yellow accents—recognisable from the company’s logo—not only reinforce brand identity but also create a positive atmosphere, energising employees and encouraging active work.

Wood-effect surfaces used throughout the office blend harmoniously with neutral tones, vibrant upholstery fabrics, and striking wall graphics that reflect the company’s activities, culture, and Lithuanian identity. The office features a number of unconventional design solutions, including shelves reminiscent of metal fencing, swings placed in corridors, and a magnetic board in DHL’s brand colours.

In one of the meeting rooms, traditional chairs have been replaced with ergonomic GLOBE balance balls. The relaxation area offers a variety of playful soft seating options—armchairs and lounge chairs—allowing employees to choose according to their mood. Acoustic upholstered benches with high backrests are designed for private conversations, forming separate meeting islands within the space.

Acoustic rooms dedicated to focused individual work are equipped with active-sitting chairs and acoustic wall panels that ensure appropriate sound absorption. For less formal meetings, the office features an amphitheatre, where the layout encourages a more relaxed atmosphere and provides a convenient space for various company activities, presentations, and speaker sessions.
