FELT is a collection of acoustic elements designed for contemporary workspaces where both comfort and aesthetics matter. The series features three design directions—LINE, DOT, and WAVE—whose patterns are consistently reflected across different elements, including ceiling modules, wall panels, and suspended partitions.

The collection is made from PET material produced from recycled plastic bottles. However, today sustainability is no longer a differentiator—it is an essential part of any modern office. FELT elements not only support a responsible approach to the environment, but also effectively absorb sound, reduce echo, and help create a more comfortable acoustic environment. Thanks to its modular design, the collection can serve both as a distinctive interior feature and as a practical solution for zoning spaces and managing noise in open-plan environments.

How plastic waste becomes PET FELT

Plastic waste – a challenge and an opportunity

Every year, more than 400 million tons of plastic are produced worldwide, yet only around 9–10% is recycled. PET FELT technology makes it possible to transform used plastic bottles into a new, durable material for acoustic interior solutions.

Sorting and preparation

Plastic bottles are sorted and cleaned in recycling facilities. Caps, labels, and colored plastics are removed, leaving only clear PET suitable for further processing.

Fiber

The bottles are shredded into PET flakes, which are melted and transformed into polyester fiber. At this stage, rigid plastic is converted into a soft, wool-like material.

PET FELT material

The fiber is layered and compressed through a felting process to form durable PET FELT sheets. These sheets are then used to produce acoustic wall panels, ceiling elements, and suspended partitions that improve interior acoustics.
