The new DHL Lietuva office near Vilnius Airport is an example of a modern and inclusive workspace. Ergolain team designed the interior solutions and took care of all the furniture for the office. The aim was to create a comfortable, multifunctional working environment that encourages creativity, drive and productivity. The Ergolain team at DHL Lietuva provided furniture and interior solutions for the work area, dining and lounge areas, acoustic rooms, amphitheatre, meeting and conference rooms.
Ergonomic chairs and height adjustable desks ensure comfort and convenience for every employee in the workplace. Acoustic, brightly coloured desk partitions absorb the noise common to the office and give privacy to the workplace, without distancing the worker from the rest of the staff and making them feel part of a team. The recurring bright yellow accents are not only recognisable from the company logo, but also create a positive mood and provide energy and a sense of active work.
The office’ s predominantly imitation wood surfaces blend well with neutral-toned or brightly coloured furniture tapestries or striking photo wallpapers, symbolising the company’s activities, culture and Lithuanianness.
The office offers unconventional solutions – the meeting chairs have been replaced by ergonomic GLOBE balls, while the lounge is full of moody soft furnishings that can be chosen according to mood. High-backed acoustic sofas for private conversations. Acoustic rooms for individual work have active seating and acoustic wall panels for good acoustic performance. For less formal meetings, the office has an amphitheatre, where the meeting format not only encourages a more relaxed atmosphere, but also makes it easy to organise various company activities and to monitor the presentation material and speaker in this type of meeting space.
