The office of the commercial real estate development and management company “Baltisches Haus” is in the business and leisure complex “Bokšto skveras”. The modern interior solutions implemented emphasize the unique architecture of the building and allow sunlight to spread unhindered throughout the space.
As soon as you enter the premises of Baltisches Haus, there is a 4.8 meter length reception desk. For the “open space” workplaces Ergolain produced tables with adjustable height and cabinets with shelves for storage. The unique highlight of the work area is an impressive 5.5-meter-long aquarium weighing more than 3 tons, for which Ergolain produced heavy-duty furniture with storage cabinets.
The office dining room also functions as a leisure area – the space is designed to eat lunch and enjoy free time in between work. Ergolain took care of all the dining room furniture solutions – kitchen cabinets, bar tables and chairs, soft stools with a table next to them and a wall covered with acoustic material, which not only absorbs sound, but is also a great interior detail.
