Experts from the Ergolain group of office and HORECA furniture projects have applied sustainable, ergonomic and functional solutions to the interior of the Komfovent office.

By installing this A + energy efficiency class complex, which consists of a 3-storey administrative building, 2-storey production facilities and a storage space, Ergolain's professionals sought to combine practicality and aesthetics and create a sense of harmony.

Rhythm of nature ‎‎

Particular attention and time was paid to the interior design of the common areas. The main goal for the Ergolain specialists was to create cozy common spaces according to the concept conceived by the architects. The interiors are dominated by natural motifs, which create the impression of peace, cleanliness and completeness. For example, oak decor panels were used to trim the walls and ceiling of the premises. It should be noted that the materials used (concrete, glass, wood) aim to emphasize the importance of environmental friendliness and sustainability.

The main axis of the building is surrounded by wood decor and symbolizes the trunk of the tree. The central part of the building, oval in shape with natural plants, emphasizes the ecological theme. The wood decor, which is the main accent of the interior, is visible from all office spaces. According to experts, every time they look for interior solutions, they try to create an environment where it would be not only comfortable to work, but also pleasant to be in, to communicate collegially, and, if necessary, to relax from the hustle and bustle of work.

'Ergolain' furniture solutions‎‎

Ergolain manufactures exclusive furniture in its own factory in Šiauliai district according to a design created by individual architects. This project is no exception - some of the non-standard furniture specially adapted for the interior of the Komfovent project was manufactured at the Ergolain factory. The challenges posed by COVID-19 have also been encountered in the implementation of this project. The pandemic shrank the global supply chain, and Ergolain had to find ways to get the right number of raw materials, which everyone is currently short of. In addition, the unstable supply or shortage of raw materials has led to a constant search for alternative materials that meet customer requirements. On the other hand, when integrating other materials into the project, care must be taken not to deviate from the concept developed by the architects. Another challenge of a pandemic reality is to keep up with the project despite the disruptions. We can be glad that the Ergolain team overcame it smoothly - the project was implemented on time according to the agreed schedule and stages.
